Hard Work is Good

In response to my previous post, I should make something clear: I don't have a problem with hard work. In Ecc. 3:10-13, the wisest man on earth tells us:

"I have seen the burden God has laid on men. He has made everything beautiful in its time.... That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil—this is the gift of God."

This "burden", this "toil"-- we are created for work. What I struggle with is the way we often do it. 13-hour workdays and 30-minute lunches that you may or may not actually get to take is what makes me feel like we've missed something. I love computers. I love email. They make is possible for me to communicate with my family when in a different country! But everything needs balance.
