It is so fun being a camp counselor again! In the morning, we have
1. Games
2. Craft
3. Devotional.
This morning, I really wanted to participate in the games though they only explained the rules in Spanish. I thought I knew enough to play. I picked up a lot…but not everything. They had to stop the games twice to tell me what was going on…or that I wasn’t supposed to be on the court (we were playing with basketballs). I was embarrassed at first, but the girls just giggled and hugged me. They think I’m funny, and it’s not so bad playing the “Gringo” card. I am going to keep participating.
In the evening, there is a large group session and then the teens play games.
I am sharing my testimony tonight in the large group session-- in front of 500 people! Men, women and children. With a translator. Lord, speak through me!
